What is the Dienox interview?
A tested set of questions that draws out what normally lives in your people's heads: who decides what, how the work runs, what you sell and to whom. It is recorded and written up in your own words. After half a day your knowledge base has its first version.
What do we need to prepare?
Very little. Pick the people who know how the company works, and tell us which AI tools your teams use. If you have documents, a website or notes, we use them too. We come back with the questions the material could not answer.
Which AI tools can we connect?
Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, Lovable and any other tool that speaks MCP. Every person adds Hivemind as a connector in the tool they already use. We do it with your team the first time, so nobody is left to work it out alone.
Who owns the knowledge base?
You do. What goes in is the knowledge of your company, and people with the right role decide who may read it and who may change it. Every change is kept with its history. Whatever we do for you stays in your knowledge base.
