Decide which AI tool reads what, and show the auditor what changed
For IT and security teams who must say yes to AI without losing control of the data. We help you go AI-first with agents whose actions you switch on or off, and Hivemind, our flagship, as one knowledge base every approved AI tool reads, with access by role.
Built for IT managers, CISOs, security officers, privacy officers, IT administrators
Read by Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and your agents · within your permissions
Sound familiar
Staff paste client data into whatever tool they like
A ban pushes it to personal accounts where you see nothing. Meanwhile contracts, CVs and client lists go into chat windows nobody approved.
Every AI tool gets its own copy of the company
One team uploads files to a ChatGPT project, another to Copilot, a third to Claude. Each copy has its own rights, nobody updates them, and nobody knows who sees what.
The auditor asks who could read what
For ISO 27001 or NIS2 you need access reviews with dates and evidence. For AI tools there is no list of who connected what, and leavers still have working tokens.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
One source, your rules
Approved AI tools all read the same knowledge base. Each one reads with the rights of the person asking, and confidential sections stay closed to everyone else.
Agents on a short leash
Every agent action is read, write or irreversible, and you set each one on, off or waiting for approval. Nothing irreversible runs on its own.
A trail for every action
Every change and every agent step is kept with who, what and when. An access review starts from a list, and so does your answer to the auditor.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Weekly access report
Every Monday · 08:00
Weekly access report, every Monday · 08:00: Lists every connected AI tool and agent with its owner and last use, compares it with your staff list, and posts what to review to the IT channel.
3 allowed · 1 does not exist for this agent
AI policy desk
Every hour · on new questions in #ai-questions
AI policy desk, every hour · on new questions in #ai-questions: Answers staff questions about AI use in Slack with the rule quoted from the policy, and adds each question it could not answer to a list for IT.

Connects today
- Knowledge base
- Slack
Next to what you already use
- Identity and access such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace
- Device management such as Intune or Jamf
- An ISMS for ISO 27001 or NIS2, often kept in SharePoint
- AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude
A system without a connector yet gets one: we build it as part of Build.
We set it up with you
Implement
We write your AI policy, approved tools and access by role with you, and connect each tool under those rules.
Automate
A weekly access report and an AI policy desk in Slack, with every agent action logged.
Build
A connector to your user directory, such as Entra ID or Google Workspace, so leavers show up in the access report.
Learn
AI training per role, for the AI literacy the AI Act asks of employers.
Questions
Where is our data, and does it train AI models?
The Self-serve edition is hosted in the Netherlands, and the Enterprise edition runs the whole platform in your own environment. Dienox does not use your knowledge base to train models. What an AI tool keeps follows that tool's business terms, which we help you check.
Can we control which AI tools connect?
Admins see every connected AI tool per person. Each connection belongs to one person in one organisation and reads only what that person may read. When someone leaves the organisation, their connections stop with them, and agents only use the actions you switched on.
Does this help with the AI Act and the GDPR?
It helps with the practical parts. The AI policy and approved tools sit where staff read them, Learn gives training per role, and the history shows who changed what and what every agent did. Your DPA and DPIA work stays with your privacy officer.
