Questions
Can medical information go in?
We advise against it. Medical records are special personal data and belong in your medical system. The knowledge base holds what coaches need to plan, such as available, limited or out, in the words the medical staff choose to share.
What about youth players?
Keep it to sport: development plans, positions, playing time. Contact details and anything personal stay in your club administration. Pages can be marked confidential so they are used inside the club and never brought outside it.
We are run by volunteers. Who keeps it current?
The people who already do the work, with help. A coach tells their AI what changed after a session and it updates the team page. The secretary gets a weekly list of gaps from an agent instead of chasing everyone.
