In short
Dienox uses only the cookies it needs to work: to keep you logged in, to protect forms against forgery, and to protect the site against attacks. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing that follows you across other sites. Because strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the Dutch Telecommunications Act, you will not see a cookie banner here.
The cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
dienox-session | Keeps your session: that you are logged in, and what a form sent you back with. | Until you log out or have been inactive for a while |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | As long as the session |
remember_web_… | Only when you tick “Remember me” at login: keeps you logged in on this device. | Until you log out |
__cf_bm, cf_clearance | Set by Cloudflare, our network provider, to tell people from automated traffic and protect the site against attacks. | 30 minutes to a few hours |
All of these are first-party or set on dienox.com itself, sent only over encrypted connections, and not used for anything else.
Local storage
Inside the platform, your browser remembers a few interface preferences in its local storage, such as which folders you left open and whether a side panel is collapsed. That stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser.
Third parties
We do not load advertising networks, social media widgets or analytics scripts. The brand marks of AI tools on our pages are drawn inline and load nothing from their owners.
Your control
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking the cookies above means you cannot log in to the platform or send a form, but the public pages still work.
