Every machine you deliver stays known for as long as it runs
For companies that design, build to order and maintain big machines for decades: rides, stage machinery, special machines. We help you work the AI-first way, with agents that answer owner questions and track service bulletins, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding each machine's as-built state and history.

Twenty years outlast the people
An owner calls about a wheel assembly on a machine built in 2008. The engineer who designed it has retired, and the reasoning sits in a binder, an old drawing revision and his memory.
Every machine is a little different
Each build is made to order and adjusted on site. Service needs the as-built state, but the drawings show the design and the site changes live in a commissioning engineer's notes.
Lessons stay at the site
The team on the last installation found a better way to align the track or set up the hoists. They fly home, start the next project, and the next site team learns it again.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
Answers for the owner, fast
When an owner or inspection body asks about a machine, engineers find the design reasoning, modifications and inspection history of that exact installation in minutes.
Bulletins reach the right sites
A safety or service bulletin is checked against every delivered machine's as-built state, so you know which owners must act and which can stay as they are.
Better quotes and designs
Sales and engineering start a new project from the decisions, costs and site lessons of earlier ones, so each problem gets solved once.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Owner question desk
Every weekday at 08:00 · for the service mailbox
Owner question desk, every weekday at 08:00 · for the service mailbox: Reads new technical questions from owners and operators, finds the installation's as-built state, manuals and service history, and drafts an answer for a service engineer to approve.
3 allowed · 1 waits for a person · 1 does not exist for this agent
Bulletin reach
Every Monday at 09:00 · for new bulletins
Bulletin reach, every Monday at 09:00 · for new bulletins: Checks each new service bulletin against the as-built state of every delivered machine and posts the affected installations, with owner and contact, in the service channel.
3 allowed · 1 waits for a person

We set it up with you
Implement
We interview senior engineers before they retire and write down design reasoning, as-built changes and site lessons.
Automate
Owner question drafts, bulletin checks and a debrief after every commissioning.
Build
An installed base view that ties serial numbers, as-built changes and bulletins together, on top of your own ERP.
Learn
Training for engineers and service technicians: AI for manuals, reports and owner questions, and checking every answer.
Questions
Our designs are our crown jewels. Who can see them?
Only your own team. The knowledge base belongs to your company, files can be marked confidential, and nothing is shared with other customers or companies. Drawings can stay in your PDM or on SharePoint. The knowledge base holds the reasoning and points to them.
Does this replace our technical file or CE documentation?
No. The technical file and the manuals stay where your quality system keeps them. Hivemind holds the context around them: why a choice was made, what changed on site, what owners asked. It helps people find and understand the official documents faster.
Our best engineer retires next year. Is that enough time?
Yes, if you start now. We plan a series of interviews per machine type and per topic, recorded and written up while they can still check them. In their last months colleagues ask their AI, and the engineer reviews the answers.
