Questions
Can the family's private matters stay apart from the companies?
Yes. Pages can be confidential to named people, so the family charter or a succession note is read only by the people you name. Every AI tool reads only what its user may read, and every agent action is recorded.
Do our operating companies have to change their software?
No. They keep Exact, AFAS or whatever they use. Hivemind reads the monthly reports where they already land: SharePoint, Drive or the inbox. If you want one format across the group, we can build a simple form for the companies to fill in.
Where is our information kept, and is it used for training?
Content is stored in the Netherlands under a data processing agreement, and Dienox does not use it to train AI models. The AI tools your directors use have their own terms, so we help you choose business plans that keep your data out of training.
