Every partner and interim walks into the boardroom knowing what the firm knows
For management consultancies, interim managers and advisory firms who sell their judgement to boards. We help you work the AI-first way, with agents that build the steering pack and close each engagement, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding your methods so every consultant answers as one firm.

Sound familiar
Every proposal starts from last year's deck
A partner digs through old decks for a case that fits, strips out the client name and hopes the details are still right. The approach section gets rewritten again by the person with the least time.
The interim starts without a handover
The previous director has left, the board wants a plan within the first week and nobody wrote down why the last reorganisation stalled. The first month goes on finding out what everyone already knows.
When the engagement ends, the learning walks out
The final readout goes to the client and the working files go to an archive nobody opens. Six months later another team builds the same diagnostic from scratch for a client in the same sector.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
Proposals built on work you already won
Ask your AI for three relevant cases and the approach used at a similar client. It answers from approved, anonymised credentials, so nothing confidential slips into a pitch.
Interims useful from week one
The mandate, the board, the open decisions and the last steering pack sit in one place. A new interim, or a partner covering a holiday, asks instead of booking five calls.
One voice in the boardroom
Steering decks, board memos and client reports follow your method and your tone, whoever wrote them and whichever AI tool they used.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Steering pack
Every morning · two working days before each steering committee
Steering pack, every morning · two working days before each steering committee: Gathers the decision log, open risks and this week's status for the engagement and saves a draft steering pack to the engagement for the lead partner to review.
4 allowed · 1 does not exist for this agent
Engagement close
Every Friday · for engagements and mandates that closed this week
Engagement close, every Friday · for engagements and mandates that closed this week: Writes the handover file and an anonymised case draft from the engagement's notes and decisions, and holds the case for a partner's approval before it joins the credentials.
3 allowed · 1 waits for a person · 1 does not exist for this agent

Questions
Client material is confidential. Will it end up in someone else's proposal?
You decide what is reusable. Client detail stays in that engagement's file, and only cases a partner approved in anonymised form go into the credentials. Mark a file confidential and your AI tools use it inside the firm and keep it out of anything that leaves it.
We are a handful of interims, each on our own mandate. Is this worth it?
Yes, because your knowledge is the product. Each interim keeps the mandate, the board and the decisions in one place, and the method and credentials you share stay current. When a mandate ends or someone covers, the handover is already written.
How much of our partners' time does the setup take?
Mostly an interview. We talk to partners and a few consultants, read your existing methods, proposals and templates, and write the first version of the knowledge base. Your team checks it and corrects what is wrong. From then on it grows as people work.
