Every stop on the route known before the trucks roll in
For circuses, theatre tours, venues and ticketing teams moving a show from town to town. We help you run the route the AI-first way, with agents that check permits and settle ticket sales, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding the next stop for the crew and every AI tool.

Every town asks again
A new municipality, a new form. The tent book, site drawing and insurance certificate are due weeks before you arrive, and the one person who knows what they accepted last year is two towns ahead.
The deal is different at every stop
A buy-out in one theatre, a box office split in the next, a guarantee with a split above it in the third. Checking the settlement against the contract happens at night, from memory.
The advance knows things the crew doesn't
The ground on this lot turns soft after rain. The theatre's loading dock takes one truck at a time. It's in the advance agent's notes, and the crew hears it when they pull in.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
One page per stop
Venue, deal, permits, contacts and last visit's notes sit together. The crew asks their AI about load-in and gets the answer the advance wrote down.
Paperwork ready per town
The tent book, certificates and site drawings each municipality accepted are on file, so the next application starts from what worked last time.
Settlements you can trust
The deal for each stop is written down once. Ticket reports are checked against it, so a missed guarantee or a wrong split shows up the next morning.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Permit check
Every Monday · from 12 weeks before each stop
Permit check, every Monday · from 12 weeks before each stop: Reads the next stops on the route, checks that the licence, lot contract, inspection date and insurance are in, and posts what is missing to the route channel.
3 allowed · 1 does not exist for this agent
Ticket settlement
The morning after the last show in each town
Ticket settlement, the morning after the last show in each town: Compares the venue's ticket report with the deal for that stop, checks the payment and prepares a query to the venue when the numbers don't match.
3 allowed · 1 waits for a person

Questions
Our crew changes every season. Does that matter?
That is when it helps most. The route, the venues and the lessons stay when people leave. A new rigger or box office lead asks their AI how the show builds up and how this venue works, and gets the answer the last person wrote down.
Does it apply for permits for us?
No. Applications go out from a person. An agent checks what is due, finds the documents a town accepted last year and drafts the cover letter. Sending to the municipality stays switched off in the agent's toolbox.
What about our ticket buyers' data?
It stays in your ticketing system. If we build a ticketing connector, the agent reads sales totals per show and leaves buyers' names and emails where they are. The knowledge base holds deals and counts.
