The replacement on Sunday night knows the site like the regular
For security companies, cleaning companies and facility service providers working across many client sites. We help you work the AI-first way, with agents that keep site instructions current and write the weekly site report, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding each site's agreements for every shift.

Sound familiar
The object instruction is out of date
The client changed the closing round in an email to the supervisor three months ago. The binder in the lodge still shows the old route, and the replacement guard follows the binder.
Replacements start blind
When the regular cleaner or guard is ill, someone from another site steps in at short notice. They get a phone call with the essentials and find out the rest when something goes wrong.
The client asks and nobody has the answer ready
The facility manager wants to know what happened at the gate last Tuesday and why the meeting rooms were missed. The answers sit in shift reports, a planning tool and three inboxes.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
One version of each site
Every change a client asks for lands in the site's instruction, with the date and who agreed it. Guards, cleaners and the control room read the same version.
Replacements ask their AI
A replacement asks where the keys are kept, which doors close at 22:00 and whom to call. They get this site's answer in seconds, on the way there.
Client reviews with facts
Supervisors prepare the quarterly client review from the incidents, complaints and quality measurements of the period, all in one place.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Site instruction keeper
Every weekday at 07:00
Site instruction keeper, every weekday at 07:00: Reads yesterday's mail from clients, spots changes to rounds, access or opening times, and proposes an update to the site instruction for the supervisor to approve.

Weekly site report
Every Friday at 14:00 · per client
Weekly site report, every Friday at 14:00 · per client: Collects the week's shift and incident reports per site and drafts the client's weekly report as a mail for the account manager to check and send.

Questions
Our work is confidential. Is client information safe?
The knowledge base belongs to your company and only people you invite can read it. Sensitive files can be marked confidential. Alarm codes and passwords do not belong in it at all: the instruction says where to get them. Agents never send anything to a client without a person approving it.
Most of our guards and cleaners never sit at a desk. How do they use it?
On the phone they already carry, in the AI app your company chooses. They ask in their own words, in Dutch or English. A replacement can read the site's instruction on the way there, without calling the supervisor at six in the morning.
We have hundreds of sites. Where do we start?
With your largest clients and the sites where replacements happen most. We interview the supervisors, read the existing instructions and agreements, and set those up first. Other sites follow, often written by the supervisors themselves with help from their AI.
