Every decision, grant and volunteer rule. Still there when the board changes
For associations, foundations and charities that run on a small office, a volunteer board and many helpers. We help you work the AI-first way, with agents that draft grant reports and answer members, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding statutes and decisions for every treasurer and volunteer.

Sound familiar
Every new board starts from zero
The secretary steps down after four years and takes the context along. The new board finds minutes in a shared folder, but not why the fee went up or what was promised to the municipality.
The grant report is due and the receipts are scattered
The fund pays the last part after the report. The project lead has left, the receipts sit in three inboxes, and nobody remembers what the application promised.
Volunteers ask the same questions every season
Where is the key, who needs a VOG, what do I do when a parent complains. The coordinator answers it again, by phone, in the evening.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
Continuity across boards
Decisions sit with their reasons and the meeting where they were made. A new chair asks their AI why something was decided and reads the answer with its source.
Applications from the same facts
Every fund application starts from the current policy plan, budget and results. The story stays the same across funders, and the numbers match the annual report.
Volunteers who find it themselves
The code of conduct, the roster rules and who to call sit in one place. Volunteers ask their AI on their phone, and the coordinator gets the evening back.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Grant report
Mondays · six weeks before each reporting date
Grant report, mondays · six weeks before each reporting date: Finds the grants that report soon, gathers what the application promised and the receipts on file, and drafts the report for the project lead to finish.
3 allowed · 1 does not exist for this agent
Member desk
Every weekday at 9:00
Member desk, every weekday at 9:00: Reads new questions in the members' inbox and drafts each answer from the statutes, fees and past decisions, with the source quoted, for the office to send.

A system without a connector yet gets one: we build it as part of Build.
We set it up with you
Implement
We interview the board, the office and a few long-serving volunteers, and write down what only they know.
Automate
Grant reports before they are due, member questions answered from the rules, the general meeting prepared.
Build
A volunteer page where helpers find their roster, the rules and who to call, on the same knowledge base.
Learn
A session for board and office on safe AI use with member data, and a short guide for volunteers.
Questions
Is member and volunteer data safe under the GDPR?
Content is stored in the Netherlands under a data processing agreement, and Dienox does not use it to train AI models. Pages with personal details, such as a VOG status or a complaint, can be confidential to named people. Every AI tool reads only what its user may read.
We are mostly volunteers. Who keeps it up to date?
Agents do part of it, such as logging grant dates and meeting decisions. The rest is a habit: after a board meeting, the secretary asks their AI to add the decisions. We set up that habit with you in the first weeks.
Do we have to replace our member administration?
No. Conscribo, e-Captain or your spreadsheet stays where it is. The knowledge base holds what the administration does not: the rules, the decisions, the funders and the answers to common questions. If an agent needs member details, we build that link for you.
