Every developer and AI coding tool knows the client, the scope and why
For dev shops, app builders and product studios running several client projects. We help you deliver the AI-first way, with agents that check requests against the scope and draft the maintenance report, and Hivemind, our flagship, as the knowledge base every developer and AI coding tool reads.

Sound familiar
The why lives in one developer's head
The client asked for that odd export three sprints ago and only one developer knows why. When they leave, the next person ships a fix that breaks the client's month-end close.
Change requests slip in as small favours
A quick tweak arrives in Slack on a Friday. Nobody checks it against the SOW, the hours go to the fixed-price project and the margin is gone by launch.
AI coding tools work for a client they don't know
Cursor reads the code. It doesn't know the client's terms, the integration that must not change or the decision from the kickoff, so review catches the same mistakes every week.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
Onboarding in a day
A developer joining mid-project asks their AI how the client works, what was decided and what is out of scope, and gets the answer from the project page.
Scope that holds
The SOW, the assumptions and the exclusions sit next to the work. Anyone can check a request against them before it turns into unbilled hours.
Fewer surprises in review
Cursor, Claude Code and Copilot read the same conventions and client context, so pull requests start closer to how your team builds for that client.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Scope check
Every weekday · 09:00
Scope check, every weekday · 09:00: Reads new requests in the client channels, checks each one against the SOW and posts a list of out-of-scope items for the project lead to quote.
3 allowed · 1 waits for a person
Maintenance report
First working day of the month
Maintenance report, first working day of the month: Gathers last month's tickets, hours and incidents per client, drafts the report against the SLA and holds it for the account lead to send.
3 allowed · 1 waits for a person · 1 does not exist for this agent

Questions
Does our clients' code or data end up in the knowledge base?
No. The code stays where it lives. The knowledge base holds what surrounds it: scope, decisions, conventions, contacts and how the client works. You choose what goes in, and personal data from client systems stays out.
We already have Notion or Confluence. Why this?
A wiki is written once and read by few. Hivemind is what every AI tool reads before it answers or writes code, and people and AI update it as decisions are made. Agents can also read your Notion pages through the Notion connector.
Can each developer keep their own AI tool?
Yes. One developer uses Cursor, another Claude Code, the project lead uses ChatGPT. They all connect to the same knowledge base, so the answers about the client and your conventions are the same whichever tool asks.
