Your brand sounds like itself in every tool and every freelancer's draft
For marketing teams who brief agencies, write with AI and report every week. We help you work the AI-first way, with agents that write the weekly report and check drafts, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding the brand, the tone and the approved claims for every AI tool.
Built for marketing managers, brand managers, content marketers, email marketers, and their agencies and freelancers

Sound familiar
Every AI tool writes in a different voice
Your copywriter uses Claude, the agency uses ChatGPT, sales uses Copilot. Three tools, three tones, and none of them knows the words you never use.
The freelancer gets a different brief every time
The brand guide is a PDF from two years ago and the tone is in someone's head. The first draft comes back off brand, and the second round eats the deadline.
A claim goes out that nobody can back up
Greener, faster, the best in the country. The ACM expects a sustainability claim to be backed by facts, and nobody checked where that line came from.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
One voice everywhere
The tone of voice, the word list and good examples are written once. Every AI tool and every freelancer's assistant writes from the same page.
Briefs that start on brand
A brief pulls the brand, the audience and the approved claims from the knowledge base. The first draft lands closer, and review rounds go to the idea.
Numbers with a memory
Each week's results and what you learned are kept. When you plan the next campaign, you ask your AI what worked last spring and why.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Email weekly update
Every Monday · 08:00
Email weekly update, every Monday · 08:00: Reads last week's Klaviyo campaigns and flows, compares them with the week before and the campaign calendar, and posts the update with the next three actions to #marketing.

Brand check
Every morning · on new drafts in the content folder
Brand check, every morning · on new drafts in the content folder: Reads new drafts, checks the tone, the words and every claim against the brand pages, and posts the review to the writer with the lines to fix.

We set it up with you
Implement
We write your brand, tone of voice, audiences and approved claims into the knowledge base, from your guides and your best work.
Automate
The weekly Klaviyo update and a brand check on every new draft, posted where your team already works.
Build
A briefing page your agency and freelancers fill in, reading the brand from the same knowledge base.
Learn
Training for marketers: briefing AI on brand, writing with a word list, checking a claim before it goes out.
Questions
Can our agency and freelancers use it?
Yes. You invite them with access to the brand, tone and campaign sections only. Their own AI tool then writes from your brand, while the rest of the knowledge base stays closed to them. When the job ends, you remove the access.
We have a brand guide PDF. Is that enough?
It is a good start. We turn it into pages an AI tool can read and apply: the tone with examples, a list of words to use and avoid, and the claims you can prove. The PDF stays for your designers.
Does the agent change our campaigns in Klaviyo?
No. The Klaviyo connector only reads results, and the weekly update posts to Slack. Flows, lists and campaigns stay with your team in Klaviyo itself, so the numbers come to you every Monday and the sending decisions stay with you.
