Every client in their own voice, whoever is on the account today
For design, branding, social and performance agencies that juggle many clients and tones of voice. We help you serve them the AI-first way, with agents that check drafts against the brand and write client reports, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding each client's brand for every AI tool.

Sound familiar
Five clients, five voices, one copywriter
On Tuesday afternoon you write for a bank, a festival and a pet food brand. The tone of voice PDF is in a folder nobody can find, so the AI writes like all three.
The account manager leaves and the client feels it
Who signs off, which words the CEO hates, the campaign that flopped two years ago. It sat in one person's head and inbox, and now the client has to explain it all again.
Retainers leak hours
Extra rounds and small asks add up. By the time the timesheets come in at month end, the retainer is spent and the monthly report still has to be made.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
On brand from the first draft
Every AI tool reads the client's brand guide and voice before it writes, so drafts need fewer internal rounds before they go to the client.
Handover without the panic
A new account manager asks their AI what the client likes, who approves and what happened last quarter, and gets the answer from the client's pages.
Reports that tell the story
The brief, the work delivered and the results sit together, so the monthly report explains what was done and why, in words the client recognises.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Brand check
Every weekday · 14:00
Brand check, every weekday · 14:00: Reads new drafts in the client's folder, checks them against the brand guide and tone of voice, and posts notes in the account channel before anything goes out.
3 allowed · 1 does not exist for this agent
Monthly client report
First working day of the month
Monthly client report, first working day of the month: Pulls last month's results and the work delivered, writes the report in the agency's format and holds it for the account manager to send.
4 allowed · 1 waits for a person

Questions
Can one client's material end up in another client's work?
Each client has its own pages, and the AI reads the client you ask about. Pages can be marked confidential so they are used inside the agency and never brought outside it. Anything for a client still goes past a person before it is sent.
Do we have to write all those brand guides ourselves?
No. We start from what you have: brand books, decks, past briefs, approved work. Hivemind can also pull a client's brand from their website. We interview the account team for the rest, the things that were never written down.
Our creatives use different AI tools. Is that a problem?
No. A designer uses ChatGPT, a strategist uses Claude, the developer uses Cursor. They all read the same client pages, so the voice and the facts are the same whichever tool they open, and nobody keeps a private prompt file per client.
