Run the company from one set of facts, with every decision kept
For owners, managing directors and boards who make the calls. We help you lead the AI-first way, with agents that prepare the Monday brief and the board pack, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding the plan, the decisions and the reasons for every director and AI tool.
Built for CEOs, owners, managing directors, management teams, board and supervisory board members

Sound familiar
The board pack is stitched together every quarter
Finance sends a spreadsheet, sales a slide, operations a mail. Someone spends the weekend before the meeting making it one story, and the definitions shift a little every time.
The same decision comes back to the table
In March the MT chose a supplier, a price or a market, for good reasons. By September the people who argued for it have moved on, and the discussion starts again.
Every director's AI knows a different company
One director pastes last year's plan into ChatGPT, another uploads an old org chart to Copilot. The answers sound sure, and they rest on facts nobody agreed on.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
One version of the numbers
The plan, the targets and how each figure is defined are written down once. The Monday brief, the board pack and every director's AI start from the same page.
Decisions with their reasons
Every decision is kept with the date, the people and the why. When it comes back, you ask your AI and read what was weighed last time.
Less chasing, more deciding
Open actions are checked before each meeting, so the MT spends its time on what is off track. The pre-read is done before you sit down.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Monday brief
Every Monday · 07:00
Monday brief, every Monday · 07:00: Reads the week's decisions, open actions, management channels and figures, and posts one page to you: what moved, what is late, what needs you.
4 allowed · 1 does not exist for this agent
Board pack
Ten working days before each board meeting
Board pack, ten working days before each board meeting: Collects the last minutes, open actions, the monthly report and each department's update, writes a draft pack in your format, and mails it only after you approve.
4 allowed · 1 waits for a person

Questions
Who can read board and shareholder documents?
Only the people you choose. You mark a section confidential and set who may read it. Each AI tool reads with the rights of the person asking, so a manager's ChatGPT never sees the board section. Every change is kept with a history.
We have no AI strategy yet. Is this where we start?
Often, yes. We start from the problems that cost you most time or money, which is what we mean by Enterprise Problem Solving. The knowledge base usually comes first, because every agent, tool and AI answer after that builds on the same facts.
How much of the MT's time does it take?
One conversation per director, then a short read of what we wrote. We fill the knowledge base from those talks and the documents you already have. After that, the secretary or an agent adds each meeting's decisions from the minutes.
