Every lawyer and notary works from the firm's own precedents and positions
For law firms, notaries and legal teams whose know-how sits in precedents, playbooks and senior partners. We help you practise the AI-first way, with agents that give NDAs a first pass and keep the deadline overview, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding your clauses and positions for every lawyer.

Sound familiar
The best precedent is in a partner's folder
Associates redraft a clause the firm settled years ago because the good version sits in someone's own documents. Or they ask the partner, who is in court until four.
Intake checks get squeezed
The client wants advice today, while the conflict check, the UBO register and the Wwft file still need doing. Whether it was done properly only shows when the dean or a quality review asks.
A matter changes hands and the reasoning stays behind
An associate leaves or falls ill, and the colleague taking over gets the file without the thinking. What the client really wants and what the other side hinted at was never written down.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
The firm's know-how on call
Ask for the model clause, the firm's position on a liability cap or how a deed of this kind is set up. The answer shows its source, so you can check it.
Clean intake, every time
The conflict, UBO and Wwft steps sit in one procedure the AI walks through with whoever opens the matter, and what was checked goes into the matter file.
Handovers that keep the reasoning
Strategy, client instructions and what was agreed with the other side are written to the matter as the work happens. A colleague taking over starts where the last one stopped.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Deadline overview
Every Monday at 08:00
Deadline overview, every Monday at 08:00: Reads every open matter's deadlines and hearing dates and posts each team's overview for the next two weeks in their channel, with the matters that have no deadline recorded.

NDA first pass

Questions
How does this square with professional secrecy?
The knowledge base belongs to your firm. Only people in your organisation, and the AI tools they connect, can read it. Mark a file confidential and your AI tools keep it inside the firm. In the Enterprise edition the whole platform runs in your own environment, so nothing leaves it.
Does it replace our practice management or document system?
No. Matters, time and billing stay in your practice management system, and documents stay where they are. The knowledge base holds what those systems miss: the reasoning, the positions, the procedures. Where an agent needs matter data, we build that connector with you.
Can a junior rely on what the AI says?
They can rely on where it comes from. Every answer drawn from the knowledge base shows the file it came from, so they check the precedent or position itself. Roles decide who may change the know-how, and every change keeps its history.
