Run every mandate from one deal story and one set of answers
For M&A advisors and corporate finance boutiques running several sell-side and buy-side processes with a small team. We help you run each mandate the AI-first way, with agents that draft Q&A answers and the weekly deal status, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding each mandate's story for the team.

Sound familiar
The buyer list lives in one partner's inbox
Who signed the NDA, who asked for management time and who went quiet after the first round is spread over mail threads. When the partner is on a plane, the analyst guesses.
Every bidder gets a slightly different answer
Three buyers ask about working capital in their own words, and three people answer them on different days. One slip and the price discussion starts again at the worst moment.
Each deal starts from an empty page
The teaser, the memorandum and the long list get built again from old decks and memory. What the firm learned about a buyer or a sector two deals ago is buried in a closed data room.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
Answers that match
Every Q&A answer is written once to the mandate, so the next bidder asking the same thing gets the approved wording, whoever drafts it.
Analysts up to speed fast
The deal story, timetable, buyer status and process decisions are in one place. An analyst joining in the second round asks their AI and gets on with the model.
What you know about buyers, kept
How a buyer bid, what made them drop out and who decides there stays with the firm after the deal closes, ready for the next long list.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.

Questions
Deals are price-sensitive. How do you handle that?
Use project codenames in the knowledge base, as you already do in mail. Mark sensitive files confidential and your AI tools keep them inside the firm. For the strictest mandates, the Enterprise edition runs the whole platform in your own environment, so nothing leaves it.
Does it replace our data room?
No. The data room stays the place where bidders see documents and ask questions. The knowledge base is where your own team keeps the deal story, the approved answers and what you learn about buyers. An agent can read from both, and nothing reaches a bidder without a partner's approval.
What happens to a mandate when the deal closes or dies?
It stays, with its full history. The buyer notes, the approved answers and the lessons stay with the firm for the next long list. Client documents remain in the data room or your archive, under the retention you agreed with the client.
