Every course, every trainer, every accreditation rule. The same answer from everyone
For training companies, academies and schools running many courses with staff and freelance trainers. We help you work the AI-first way, with agents that brief each trainer and check registrations, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding programmes and exam rules so the office and every trainer agree.

Sound familiar
The freelance trainer walks in without the context
The intake with the client's HR lead was six weeks ago. What the group struggles with, who is sceptical and what the manager wants sits in an account manager's notes.
PE points depend on one person
Each register has its own rules, numbers and deadline for the attendance list. When the person who knows them is away, participants miss points and call the office.
The audit comes and the evidence is everywhere
The keurmerk audit asks for the complaints procedure, trainer files and evaluations. They exist, spread over drives, inboxes and a spreadsheet nobody owns.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
Trainers start informed
Every trainer, staff or freelance, asks their AI about the client and the group before a session. The answer comes from the intake, earlier evaluations and the agreed goals.
Proposals that build on experience
A new in-company request starts from similar programmes, what the evaluations said and which trainer fit the group. The first draft writes itself from what already worked.
Quality evidence kept as you go
Evaluations, complaints and trainer qualifications land in one place during the year. The next audit is a matter of reading, with every document where it belongs.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Trainer briefing
Every day · seven days before each session
Trainer briefing, every day · seven days before each session: Reads the client page, the intake notes and earlier evaluations, writes a one-page briefing and sends it to the trainer once the planner approves.
3 allowed · 1 waits for a person
PE registration check
The morning after each accredited session
PE registration check, the morning after each accredited session: Checks the signed attendance list against the register's rules, lists missing registration numbers and leaves a checked list for the office to submit.
4 allowed · 1 does not exist for this agent

We set it up with you
Implement

Automate
Trainer briefings before every session, PE attendance checks and course pages checked against new rules.
Build
A trainer portal where freelancers see their sessions, briefings and materials, on the same knowledge base.
Learn
Training for trainers on AI in their own sessions, and for the office on using it with participant data.
Questions
Does student data end up in the AI?
Only where you put it, and only for the people you allow. Pages can be confidential to named staff, every AI tool reads only what its user may read, and content is stored in the Netherlands. Dienox does not use it to train AI models.
Can our freelance trainers use it?
Yes, if you invite them. You decide what they see: the programmes they teach and the briefings for their sessions, and nothing about other clients or participants. When a trainer leaves the pool, you remove them and their access ends.
Will it write our course material?
It can draft, in your format and tone, from your own programmes and learning goals. A trainer or course developer always checks it. For accredited courses, the content and the hours stay your decision, and the knowledge base keeps what the register approved.
