Every consultant knows the client, the role and the rules before the first call
For recruitment agencies, staffing firms and executive search teams where the relationship lives with one consultant. We help you work the AI-first way, with agents that draft candidate profiles and watch guarantee periods, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding every client and term for the whole desk.

Sound familiar
A consultant leaves and the client goes quiet
The CRM says who the hiring manager is. It does not say that she hates long CVs, wants a call before every profile and was promised a shortlist by Friday.
Every profile looks different
One consultant sends a two-page story, another a bullet list, a third forgets the notice period and salary expectations. The client ends up comparing candidates who were never presented the same way.
The cao knowledge sits with one planner
One planner knows which temp moves to the next phase, how the client's pay scale sets hirer's pay and what the SNA audit checks. When that person is off, mistakes cost money and trust.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
Take over a desk in a day
A new or covering consultant asks their AI about any client: who decides, what they rejected last time, what was promised. The relationship continues where it was.
One way to present
Your AI drafts every profile and shortlist report in the agency's format and tone, with the same fields every time, so clients compare like with like.
Rules checked before the mistake
Cao phases, hirer's pay and ID requirements are written down once, so anyone can check a placement against them before the contract goes out.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.
Candidate profile
Twice a day · for interviews held since the last run
Candidate profile, twice a day · for interviews held since the last run: Turns the CV and interview notes into a profile in your format, checks it against the role's scorecard and drafts the mail to the hiring manager for the consultant to approve.

Questions
Do candidate CVs end up in the knowledge base?
They don't need to. The knowledge base holds how you work: clients, roles, formats and rules. CVs and candidate records stay in your recruitment software and inbox, and an agent reads them only for the task in hand. That keeps candidate data where your AVG policy already covers it.
We already have a CRM for candidates and clients. Why add this?
Your CRM holds the records: candidates, jobs, placements. The context that keeps a client usually lives elsewhere: what they disliked, what was promised, how they want to be approached. Hivemind holds that and gives it to every consultant's AI tool, next to the software you keep.
How much time does the setup take from our consultants?
Mostly an interview. We talk to a few consultants, a planner and a partner, read your existing formats and terms, and write the first version of the knowledge base. Your team checks it and corrects what is wrong. From then on it grows as people work.
