We look at how your company works, find where AI saves the most time, and advise on tools, rules and people. You get a written plan for the first 90 days, with an owner and a first step for each part. We can stay on as a sounding board while you carry it out.
Who is it for?
Owners and management teams who know AI matters and do not know where to start. You do not need technical knowledge. We talk about the work your people do, what slows them down, and where a tool or an agent could take a task over without lowering the quality.
Do we have to use Hivemind?
No. The plan names the tools that fit your company, whether they are ours or not. Many companies end up with one knowledge base that every AI tool reads, because it keeps the facts and the rules in one place. We say so when a simpler setup is enough.
How does it start?
With a call of 30 minutes. We ask what you hope AI will do for the company and what holds you back. After the call you receive a proposal with a fixed price and a date for the first conversation. Nothing starts before you agree to the proposal.
