Sound familiar
Every tender starts from an empty document
A tender with a long questionnaire arrives with a three week deadline. Sales engineers hunt for last year's answers in old Word files and ask R&D the same questions again.
Promises get lost between sales and support
The account manager agreed to a custom option and an extra training day. Support finds out when the customer calls, unhappy, a month after installation.
Supplier questionnaires eat the quality manager's week
Large customers send forms about REACH, RoHS, conflict minerals and your ISO 9001 certificate. Each one asks the same things in a new layout, and each one wants a signature.
Everyone works from the same company
What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.
One answer to every product question
Sales, support and partners answer from the same datasheets and known limits, so a customer never hears two different specs for the same product.
Tenders built from what already won
Past answers, references and certificates are kept together, so a sales engineer starts from proven text and spends the time on what is new.
Customer history in plain sight
What each customer bought, configured and was promised is kept per customer, so a new account manager can take over without a long handover.
Agents that do the work
Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.

Questions
Can our dealers and partners use it too?
Yes, if you want. You decide who is invited, and files such as margins and internal tender notes can be marked confidential. A good start is your own sales and support team. Partners can follow once the product answers are solid.
Will AI promise things in a tender that we cannot deliver?
The agent drafts only from your own past answers and datasheets, and marks every question it cannot answer from them. A person reads and signs off every tender. Nothing goes to a customer without your approval.
We already have a CRM. Why this as well?
Your CRM tracks deals and contacts. It rarely holds why a customer chose you, what was promised in the last meeting or how your product handles an unusual spec. Hivemind holds that, and every AI tool your team uses can read it.
