Questions

Can the agent pay invoices?

No. Paying is switched off in the toolbox. The payment run agent prepares the list and posts it to the director, who pays in the bank as today. Linking and booking in Moneybird wait for a person's approval too.

Does our accountant need to change anything?

No. The books stay in Moneybird, and your accountant keeps working there. The booking rules you write down answer many of the questions they ask each quarter, and you can invite them to read those pages.

We use Exact, not Moneybird. Does it work?

The knowledge base, the AI tools and agents that read Gmail, Slack and your files work today. Moneybird is the accounting connector we have now. For Exact Online, Twinfield or AFAS, we build the connector for you as part of Build.
