## Sound familiar.

### Every proposal starts from the last one.

Someone copies last month's offer, changes the name and misses the old price on page four. The client notices before you do.

### The client's story sits in one inbox.

The account manager knows what was promised over lunch. When she is ill or leaves, the next call starts with the client explaining it all again.

### A tender eats a week of the team.

The same questions on ISO, GDPR, references and team CVs, answered from scratch again. The good answer from the last tender is in a folder nobody remembers.

## Everyone works from the same company.

What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.

### One story for every salesperson.

The offer, the prices and the references are written once. Whatever AI tool a salesperson likes, it pitches the same company with the same numbers.

### A client anyone can pick up.

Notes from calls and meetings land on the client page. A colleague, or their AI, reads what was agreed and continues the conversation.

### Tenders from a library.

Every tender answer that worked is kept and improved. The next one starts from approved text, and the team spends its time on what this buyer asks.

## Agents that do the work.

Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.

**Meeting prep, every morning · 07:30, for the day's client meetings:** Reads the deal in your CRM, the last mails with the client and their page in the knowledge base, and posts a one-page brief to the account manager.

**First proposal, every morning · for deals that moved to proposal:** Writes a draft proposal from the discovery notes, the price rules and your best past proposals, and sends it to the client only after the account manager approves.

A system without a connector yet gets one: we build it as part of Build.

## We set it up with you.

### [Implement](https://dienox.com/services/implement).

We interview your best salespeople and write down the offer, the price rules, the objections and how you win.

### [Automate](https://dienox.com/services/automate).

Meeting briefs every morning and a first proposal draft, with nothing sent to a client before you approve.

### [Build](https://dienox.com/services/build).

A connector to your CRM, so agents read deals and contacts where your team already keeps them.

### [Learn](https://dienox.com/learn).

Training for the sales team: preparing a meeting with AI, writing a proposal on brand, checking every claim.

## Questions.

### Our client data is in the CRM. Do we copy it all?

No. The CRM stays where your deals and contacts live. The knowledge base holds what the CRM does not: what was promised, how the client likes to work, which proposal won. If we build a connector to your CRM, agents read deals straight from it.

### Can every salesperson see every client?

You decide. Sections can be open to the whole team or confidential to a few people, and each AI tool reads with the rights of the person asking. Key accounts or partner terms stay with the people who own them.

### Will proposals sound like a robot wrote them?

They sound like your best proposal. The agent writes from your approved texts, your tone and the client's own words from discovery. The account manager reads and edits the draft, and nothing goes to the client before that.
