For municipalities, agencies and semi-public organisations that want to try AI carefully. We help you start with one team the AI-first way, with agents that write the weekly decisions brief, and Hivemind, our flagship, holding public policy rules and procedures with the source shown.

**Built for** municipalities, agencies, semi-public organisations

## Sound familiar.

### The answer depends on who picks up the phone.

A resident calls about a parking permit or a waste rule. The contact centre reads one text, the department uses another, and the website still says something older.

### Policy history leaves with the policy officer.

Why the rule says what it says sits in old memos and with a colleague who moved to the province. The new officer rebuilds it from the council information system.

### Some staff already use public chatbots.

It is faster than searching the intranet. The answers miss your local rules, and nobody can see what went into the prompt.

## Everyone works from the same company.

What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.

### Answers with the source shown.

Every answer cites the ordinance, policy rule or decision it came from. Staff check the source before they use it, and the responsibility stays with them.

### A controlled place to start.

One team, public documents and your own AI rules written down. You see how staff use it and decide the next step with your privacy officer and CISO.

### Continuity between colleagues.

Decisions sit with their reasons, procedures with their owner. A new colleague asks their AI how something is done here and reads the page it came from.

## Agents that do the work.

Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.

**Weekly decisions brief, fridays at 14:00:** Reads the week's published council and executive decisions, writes a short brief per team with links, and lists policy pages that may need an update.

**Deadline list, every morning:** Reads open objections and Woo requests by case number and date only, checks each against its legal deadline, and writes what is due in two weeks on the team page.

## We set it up with you.

### [Implement](https://dienox.com/services/implement).

A pilot with one team: we interview them, load public policy and procedures, and write down your AI rules with you.

### [Automate](https://dienox.com/services/automate).

A weekly decisions brief and a deadline list, read-only on your systems, with every agent action recorded.

### [Build](https://dienox.com/services/build).

A read-only link to your council information or case system, once your privacy officer and CISO have reviewed it.

### [Learn](https://dienox.com/learn).

AI literacy training for staff: checking the source, what never goes into a prompt, and your own rules.

## Questions.

### How does this fit our procurement and the government-wide AI position?

That position asks for a clear purpose, a risk analysis such as a DPIA, agreements with suppliers on data, and a plan to stop. We support that work: we answer your questionnaires, sign a data processing agreement and agree how you leave. The assessment and the procurement route stay yours.

### Can we start without residents' personal data?

Yes, and we advise it. A pilot can run on public documents only: ordinances, policy rules, procedures and published decisions. Agents that touch case data come later, read-only, with case numbers instead of names, after your privacy officer has agreed.

### Where is our data, and is it used for training?

Content is stored in the Netherlands, and Dienox does not use it to train AI models. Which AI tool your staff use is your choice, and that tool's terms apply to what it receives, so it belongs in your risk analysis too.
