Pages can be confidential to named people, so the family charter or a succession note is read only by the people you name. Every AI tool reads only what its user may read, and every agent action is recorded. ### Do our operating companies have to change their software? No. They keep Exact, AFAS or whatever they use. Hivemind reads the monthly reports where they already land: SharePoint, Drive or the inbox. If you want one format across the group, we can build a simple form for the companies to fill in. ### Where is our information kept, and is it used for training? Content is stored in the Netherlands under a data processing agreement, and Dienox does not use it to train AI models.
