## Sound familiar.

### Lessons stay on the project they came from.

The facade detail that leaked on the last school is known to one site manager. The next tender prices it the same way, and the same problem shows up two years later.

### Variations agreed in passing.

The client agrees extra work on site or in a quick mail. At final account nobody can find who agreed it and when, and the margin goes with it.

### The handover file is a last-minute chase.

Weeks before completion someone starts collecting drawings, certificates and manuals from subcontractors. On Wkb projects the file for the municipality has to be complete before the building may be used.

## Everyone works from the same company.

What changes once Hivemind, our flagship, is the knowledge under every AI tool and agent your team uses.

### Tenders that learn.

Estimators ask what similar projects cost, which assumptions failed and what the client cared about. The answer comes from your own past bids and final accounts.

### Agreements on record.

Every variation, decision and written warning to the client goes into the project as it happens. Final account starts from a complete list.

### Site managers who can ask.

A young site manager asks how you build a detail, what the V&G plan says or who the client's contact is, and gets your company's answer on site.

## Agents that do the work.

Agents like these we build with you. Each has a toolbox: what it may read, what it may change, and what waits for a person.

**Variation log, every weekday at 18:00:** Reads the day's project mail, picks out extra work, changes and agreements, and adds them to the project's variation list for the project leader to confirm.

**Handover check, every Monday at 08:00 · from eight weeks before completion:** Compares the project's documents on SharePoint with the handover checklist for that project type and posts what is still missing, per subcontractor, in the project channel.

A system without a connector yet gets one: we build it as part of Build.

## We set it up with you.

### [Implement](https://dienox.com/services/implement).

We interview estimators, project leaders and site managers, and capture standard details, past bids and lessons.

### [Automate](https://dienox.com/services/automate).

Variation logs, site meeting minutes and handover checks per project.

### [Build](https://dienox.com/services/build).

A connector to your construction ERP, or a bid starter that lists similar past projects and their final accounts.

### [Learn](https://dienox.com/learn).

Training for project teams: AI for tenders, minutes and method statements, and checking what it writes.

## Questions.

### Our project files include client drawings and prices. Who can see them?

Only your own team. The knowledge base belongs to your company, and files can be marked confidential so prices and margins stay with the people who need them. Nothing is shared with other companies, and agents send nothing to a client without approval.

### Our site managers are not office people. Will they use it?

They ask on their phone in plain words, in the AI app they prefer. What does the V&G plan say about working at height here, who agreed the change to the stairs. Short questions, quick answers from your own projects.

### Do we have to document all past projects first?

No. We start with the projects people still talk about, your standard details and your recent tenders, mostly through interviews. Project documents on SharePoint or Drive can be read when someone asks. Every new project adds to it as it runs.
